Shipping Policies

Kohburg offers shipment from our warehouses or distribution centers directly to the end customer's location. We utilize FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and LTL Freight. Unless a specific shipping method is noted, our Customer Service Representatives will select the most cost efficient mean of shipping. Customers may also obtain shipping rate quote through our online store. All shipping fees will be at customer's cost. At this moment, we don't offer shipment to international customers.

Delivery Policies

Please review the following options to decide which delivery method best suits your needs. Please note that Kohburg only ships complete orders for accuracy and convenience.

Standard Delivery

Product will be shipped and delivered to a single address and unloaded from of the truck for your convenience. Please schedule your own personnel to meet the truck and transport the product/carton to its final location inside your facility. Surcharges may apply. All contact information is requested for Standard Delivery services (Contact Names and telephone numbers for both billing & shipping addresses).

Inside Delivery

This service is available at pending additional costs. Each freight carrier charges different rates so please contact your Account Manager to get the most accurate fee(s). A crew will unload and transport the product indoors to your final housing location for you. Inside delivery does not include: un-cartoning of the products, assembly, adjustment and/or repositioning.


Please be certain to have an individual present for the scheduled delivery. Failure for consignees present, refusal or inability to accept delivered orders will result in a 100% charge of the original freight cost plus demurrage charges for redelivery. Undeliverable orders will be sent back to our warehouse, and customers are responsible for both returning and redelivery charges.

Order Inspection

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect each and every package of the shipment. Please keep precise notes of any damaged or missing boxes on your delivery receipt. If any packages or products are damaged during shipping, please keep the ORIGINAL packaging and take photos of damaged carton for claims processing. Please contact your Account Manager immediately so we can assist you in addressing all problems and issues.
