Return & Exchange

At Kohburg, we stand behind our quality. To ensure our customers' satisfaction, we inspect each and every product before it's shipped. We are pleased to offer our 30 Days Money Back Guarantee if you aren't completely satisfied with your furniture products. Below are our Return & Exchange guidelines:

  1. All returns & exchanges must be authorized through our Customer Service Representatives and/or Account Managers prior to returning products back to Kohburg. Please contact us within 30 days of the products delivery date. All returns & exchanges will be examined before a credit or refund is issued. We will reject any returns/exchanges without a pre-authorized RMA code.
  2. For shipping damage or missing items, please contact us directly. email: info@kohburg.com or call 1-888-718-8880 within 2 Business days after goods received. Kohburg will not be responsible for delivery claims on shipping damage or missing items after the 2 days grace period.
  3. For return & exchange on products that are considered damaged due to manufacturer's defect(s) and/or fall under our 10 Year Limited Warranty, no restocking fee will be assessed. We will take care of all details and pay for the return shipping. However, we request that you repackage the item in its original carton and packaging materials. Products without proper packaging will be rejected from our receiving department; thus making customers responsible for all shipping fees.
  4. We will not assess any restocking charges if a product is returned in brand new, resalable condition (unused, unassembled) with original packaging materials.
  5. We will assess 15% restocking fee if the return/exchange is due to personal preferences, and the returning product has been assembled but undamaged. When returning, the product must be kept assembled and packaged with an alternative carton covering the entire unit and sent back with FedEx LTL Freight on a pallet. We will reject any return/exchange request if the item(s) are 1) used and/or damaged due to improper assembly; 2) modified or damaged due to unauthorized product modification. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees on any return/exchange request if fit into this category.
  6. Products that are damaged during shipping are extremely rare due to our precise packaging designs to minimize waste and empty carton space. However, if damage does occur please keep the original box and packaging at the original delivery location. Please record specific notes with photos of the damaged carton for Kohburg and our freight carrier to participate in claim payment(s). Damages due to shipping must be reported within 2 business days of receiving product.
  7. If items are returned or exchanged in good resalable condition, but with broken/damaged packaging, we will charge $10 per package to cover the carton replacement cost (materials & labor).
  8. Kohburg reserves the rights for any final interpretations on our Return & Exchange Policy. Kohburg reserves the rights to update the Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
  9. All clearance item sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, replacements will be provided if clearance items are damaged during shipping (or we will refund you if clearance items are sold out).
